Bert L. Belasco, Jr.
Bert is a Global Human Resources Executive with over 25 years of experience with progressive, global corporate assignments. He has been responsible for overseeing all areas of human resources including recruitment & staffing, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits and policies & procedures.
He founded Netcast Corporation in 1997, an HR consulting firm specializing in Executive Search, Human Resources Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Executive Coaching. He has also taken on a variety of consulting contracts with global private equity companies over the past 10 years, managing the Vice President of Global Human Resources function through rapid growth and change management cycles.
Bert brings a unique set of skills and experiences as he has been on both the corporate and external executive search consulting side. He had risen to the position of Vice President of Human Resources with the Sara Lee Corporation based in Chicago, Illinois. As a result, he understands the internal pressures faced by human resource professionals and uses best practices to deliver results for each and every client.
Bert is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army and graduate of the Army’s Command and General Staff College. He is also a distinguished graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), receiving the Bronze Star for his service during Operation Desert Storm.
